The celebration of culture as the foundation of community-driven wealth

We Give Black Fest is a three-day festival, powered by CLLCTIVLY, dedicated to social change, resource mobilization, and the celebration of culture as the foundation of community-driven wealth.

We Give Black Fest will be filled with incredible talks, engaging panels, empowering activations, dynamic demonstrations, and the opportunity to grow your community over good music, good vibes, and good food.

A CELEBRATION GROUNDED IN The Spirit of Ubuntu .

Ubuntu – “I am because we are,” is part of the Zulu phrase “Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu”,  a person is a person through other people. The spirit of Ubuntu embodies a powerful reminder of the interconnectedness of humanity. Ubuntu reminds us that in life, it takes a village.

We Give Black Fest is grounded in this spirit. The event footprint is designed as a series of interconnected community spaces that stimulate our intrinsic power and nurture our growth —socially, economically, spiritually and creatively. When we gather in a spirit of Ubuntu, we rise together.

What We Do

Building Black Futures Together.

CLLCTIVLY was founded in 2019 to provide a unifying platform for Black-led social change organizations. Our mission is to end the fragmentation and duplication of programs, to learn from and about each other, and to be a resource for those that seek to find, fund, and partner with Black social change organizations.

CLLCTIVLY collaborates with 150+ social change organizations and has awarded over 200 grants to Black-owned & Black-led organizations. Since our launch in 2019, we have invested over $1,000,000 in no-strings-attached grants.
