We will be available in the check-in area to provide information about the festival grounds, activities, festival map via QR Code, etc.
Medical
We Give Black Fest will have a medical team on-site to address any type of medical emergencies that may arise. More details to come!
Security Desk
Our private security team will be on-site to ensure the safety of all attendees. Any lost and found items can be received/retrieved from here. More details to come!
Lockers
We will have lockers available for purchase for attendees to securely store any items they don’t want to carry around the festival. More details to come!
Restrooms & Handwashing Stations
Portable restrooms and hand washing stations will be placed throughout the festival grounds. We ask all attendees to help us keep these spaces clean as a courtesy for the next user.
Recycling Bins
We will have recycling bins throughout the festival to dispose of recyclable items.
