Welcome to Baltimore
Baltimore, Maryland, serves as a powerful and fitting backdrop for We Give Black, a gathering rooted in collective care, liberation, and the transformative impact of giving.
As a majority-Black city with a rich legacy of activism, culture, and innovation, Baltimore has long been a beacon of resilience and self-determination.
From the Underground Railroad to the modern movements for racial and economic justice, the city has nurtured generations of changemakers who challenge systems and reimagine possibilities. Hosting We Give Black in Baltimore not only honors this legacy, but also amplifies the voices of those actively shaping a future where Black philanthropy is recognized as a force for radical change. Against the backdrop of historic neighborhoods, cultural landmarks, and a thriving Black-led arts and business community, the event serves as both a celebration and a call to action, fostering new pathways for sustainable impact. In addition to incredible speakers, panelists, and hosts we have in store, we invite you to come experience the warmth of Baltimore's hospitality through our delicious food, soul-stirring music, arts and culture.
